Two planets in her chart never left home. Look what she built with them.
Ten years, four film industries, one mahadasha running the whole thing.
A note on the dates above: with no published birth time, every era here is timed off the birth date only — which is exactly what a mahadasha/antardasha ladder needs. It doesn't need houses or a rising sign, so none of it is a guess dressed as a fact. Lesson 06 explains what genuinely can't be added without a birth minute.
One's ugly, one's happy. Both are public record, and we're not pretending the chart has special insight into either.
A digitally manipulated video morphed her face onto unrelated footage of a different creator and went viral, widely mistaken for genuine. She called it "extremely scary" — for herself and for anyone vulnerable to the same misuse — and pushed publicly for a nationwide conversation on deepfake accountability.
Delhi Police later arrested a suspect. Amitabh Bachchan and several other actors publicly backed her at the time.
Her Sun antardasha (Jun 2023–Apr 2024) was running through this. Sun periods are classically read as maximum-visibility stretches — this happened to be the same few months as Animal's release.
To be clear: that's a coincidence of timing, not a cause. No chart makes someone a target of a crime, and none is implied here.
Dating rumours linking her to Vijay Deverakonda go back to their Geetha Govindam days in 2018. Neither confirmed anything publicly for years. They married in February 2026.
"Is Rashmika Mandanna manglik" and "Vijay Deverakonda kundli matching" are both real, frequently-asked searches — addressed honestly in the FAQ below.
They first worked together during her Jupiter–Mercury antardasha (2017–19) — the same stretch that opened her Telugu career. The wedding itself landed years later, right at the tail of Jupiter–Mars.
Good timing, presented as texture — not a rule anyone should bet on.
🔭 The chart bit: Jupiter, on home ground, running the entire stretch — the classic "the door genuinely keeps opening" signature. Not luck exactly. Just a planet with nothing standing in its own way.
🔭 The chart bit: honestly, none needed. That response was hers, not her chart's.
Every position below is computed for 5 April 1996, Virajpet — Swiss Ephemeris, Lahiri ayanamsa. Full nine-graha table is in Lesson 02.
Born and raised in Virajpet, in Kodagu (Coorg) — a coffee-growing district with its own distinct Kodava community and customs.
Her wedding included a Kodava ceremony for exactly this reason.Started out nicknamed the "Karnataka Crush" for her Kannada following, before the title scaled up to "National Crush of India."
Jupiter-in-Sagittarius energy: big reach, bigger title.Has worked across Kannada, Telugu, Hindi and dubbed-Tamil releases — often overlapping in the same calendar year.
Mercury's language-planet job, doing overtime.Four of her nine grahas — Sun, Mars, Saturn and Ketu — all sit in Pisces, the sign pop-astrology loves to tie to imagination and performance.
A fun observation, not a scientific claim — see Lesson 03.Computed by our own engine — not copied from anywhere.
Zero background needed. Read this once and you can decode the chart above yourself — no astrologer required.
It's a photo of the sky from the exact spot and second someone was born — where every planet was sitting, frozen.
Vedic astrology treats that snapshot as the raw material you were handed, not your fate — your starting kit.
Nine of them. Think of them as nine departments, each running one part of life.

Every planet has signs where it's comfortable and signs where it struggles. Same planet, different room.
Signs barely move across a single day — except right at a boundary, where a planet can cross from one sign into the next between one hour and the next.
Rashmika Mandanna's Mercury does exactly this on her birth day. We ran the chart for 5 April 1996 in one-minute steps through the morning to find the moment it happens.
Planets don't all act at once. Vedic astrology has them take turns running your life, for years at a stretch, in a fixed order. A planet's turn is a dasha.
A 16-year stretch is too blunt to be useful on its own, so it splits into shorter antardashas, each handed to a different planet. That's where the year-to-year story lives.
Here's where a lot of celebrity astrology content quietly cheats, and we won't.
A chart has two halves. Which sign each planet is in — that only needs the date (and, for Mercury here, the near-minute — see Lesson 04). And the houses, including the rising sign, which need the exact minute of birth.
No birth time for Rashmika Mandanna has ever been published. Astrological databases list her as Rodden rating "X" — unverified, no source at all — so we don't use one.
One of the most-searched questions about her right now, thanks to the wedding — and the honest answer is unsatisfying.
"Manglik" (mangal dosha) depends on which house Mars occupies — 1st, 2nd, 4th, 7th, 8th or 12th, by different traditions. Houses need the birth minute. Hers has never been published.
The grid earlier on this page is a South-Indian chart, the easiest of the three regional styles to learn because the signs never move.
Twelve boxes around the edge, one per zodiac sign, always in the same places. Pisces top-left, then clockwise across the top, down the right side, back across the bottom, and up the left. Memorise the ring once and you can read any South-Indian chart for the rest of your life.
A word that gets thrown around a lot and sounds far worse than it is.
Retrograde means a planet appeared to move backwards across the sky. It isn't actually reversing — it's an optical effect of Earth overtaking it in orbit, the way a slower car seems to slide backwards when you pass it. Traditionally it makes a planet's themes more internal and slower to show results.
Worth being blunt, since this page has spent a while treating a chart as a serious object.
None has ever been published — astrological databases list her Rodden rating as "X" (unverified, no source). A full janam kundli normally needs that minute for houses and lagna; without it, this page publishes only what the birth date settles: her zodiac signs, nakshatras and dasha eras, never houses or a rising sign.
Her Moon — the sign most Vedic "rashi" answers actually mean — sits in Libra, in the Swati nakshatra. Her Sun sits in Pisces, Revati nakshatra. The full birth chart is above; every position is computed, not copied.
It can't be answered honestly without her birth time. Manglik status depends on which house Mars occupies, and no verified birth minute exists for her — her Mars sign (Pisces, neutral) is the only sign-level fact anyone can responsibly state. See Lesson 08 for the full explanation.
The couple married in February 2026 after years of unconfirmed dating rumours. A proper Vedic compatibility read (36-guna Milan matching) needs both partners' verified birth details — his aren't published either, so we're not publishing a matching score for them here. Our compatibility report does this properly when both times are known.

Method. Every placement and date on this page is computed with the Swiss Ephemeris using the Lahiri ayanamsa — the same engine behind every AxtroShastra report. Because no birth time has ever been published for her (Rodden rating X), we publish only what the birth date settles — planet signs, nakshatras and dashas — and deliberately avoid all house-based claims, including any manglik verdict. Mercury's sign is genuinely unstable across her birth day; see Lesson 04 for exactly how the ~7:05 AM IST crossing was found and why Aries is used as the majority-of-day primary placement.
On the 2023 incident. The deepfake video referenced above was a documented act against her, not by her; it is included as a matter of public record and because it shaped a real policy conversation, not as any kind of allegation about anyone's conduct.
