To generate your report we collect the birth details you enter (name, date, time and place of birth — and for Kundli Milan, the same details for both individuals), and your phone number at payment for report delivery and support. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or banking credentials.
Birth details are used solely to compute your astrological report. Your phone number is used to deliver your report and respond to support requests. We use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand website usage and measure advertising; these tools receive standard usage data (pages visited, events) but not your birth details.
We do not sell, rent, or share your birth details or phone number with astrologers, matrimonial services, telemarketers, or any third party for their marketing. No spam calls — this is a written commitment.
Reports are stored securely so you can access them via your report link. To request deletion of your data, message us on WhatsApp (+91 96509 73345) or email axtroshastra@gmail.com and we will delete it within 7 working days.
